    Metrics can make a difference in any organization.  In HR we hold a lot of data and it is important as it drives our daily and strategic organizational decisions.
    Retention of staff is critical to meet the needs of our customers in the future. To improve retention, we must focus on what the data is telling us and make necessary adjustments. During this virtual session you learn will what HR Metrics to collect, what they mean and what to focus on to improve retention.
