She was first introduced to Top 20 Training in 2006. Since attending her first training\, Alison has been passionate about teaching Top 20 concepts and implementing Top 20 programming in her school with the mission of empowering her students\, as well as other educators\, community members\, and parents to develop their own potential. Alison is now a member of the Top 20 Training team\, where she can use her experience to train others in schools\, businesses and organizations. \n \n\nAlison's career has included school counseling at the middle school\, high school and college levels\, as well as teaching graduate courses at St. Cloud State University in the school counseling program. She has also been awarded Middle School Counselor of the Year for central Minnesota and Internship Supervisor of the Year from St. Cloud State University during her career as a school counselor.
