Shelly launched her professional career with a MS in Statistics and has served as an internal and external consultant for a wide range of organizational change initiatives for over 25 years. Her clients include General Mills\, Land O Lakes\, Cenex Harvest States\, and Cargill. Chris holds a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and is building on a 30 year career as a practicing attorney and in risk management.
