• September Member Meeting - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

    What does DEI look like today and in the future in the workplace? Lets have a conversation!

    Kevin blends a background in psychology, social work, and communications into his role as the diversity, equity, and inclusion director with CLA. In this position, he operates as a strategic partner with leaders and employees to design and execute employee engagement initiatives focused on building a culture where everyone has opportunities.
     
    Kevin leads the strategy for the DEI council, 275+ local DEI Ambassadors, and eight virtual belonging communities. He is a recognized facilitator and educator.

    Prior to CLA, Kevin worked as a learning and development professional with JPMorganChase. He started his career as a social worker focusing on adults with disabilities. As an artist, Kevin is a storyteller who uses puppet theatre to engage the public around complex issues (housing, racism, power). He enjoys swimming, his cat, and dancing.
