Prior to founding tHRive Law & Consulting, Kate served as a HR Officer for the US Dept of State at the US Embassy Lusaka, Zambia and US Consulate General Jerusalem. Kate is also and Adjunt Professor at Hamline School of Law, serving as adjunct faculty for the School of Law's HR Compliance Certificate Program.
