    Event Description:
As we all know, the legislative environment surrounding employment law has been ever changing in the State of Minnesota.
Join LAHRA for a riveting employment law update with MN SHRM's very own legal advisor, Cory Genelin!!
Cory is not only MN SHRM’s Legislative Director.  He is a Partner with Gislason & Hunter LLP and is Chair of the firm’s Employment, Labor, and Benefits Practice Group.  Cory has been representing employers for two decades including in litigation, policy formation, and guidance on day to day employment issues.  His larger clients include employers in the fields of long-term care, banking, retail, and agriculture.  He presents several times each year on employment law and focuses on practical application rather than overly complicated legal theory.  In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, gardening and tending to his small cattle herd; basically any hobby that ends in a good meal.
