This presentation focuses on how to reduce time to proficiency using the Learning Paths methodology based on the research in the Learning Paths book (Wiley and ASTD Press 2004) by Steve Rosenbaum.

The Learning Paths methodology has been applied with more than 400 different functions in 8 different countries with a 30 to 50% reduction in time to proficiency. Getting employees up-to-speed quickly is a key issue for most HR professsionals.
