This conference will include updates from MNSHRM Leadership on employment related legislation being discussed at the Minnesota State Capitol.

We are pleased to welcome Jason Gabhart, the Director of State Affairs for SHRM! Jason will present on state legislative issues, trends, challenges, and tips on advocacy for everyday SHRM Members!

Additionally, Senator Robert Pratt, Chairman of the Minnesota Senate Jobs Committee will be speaking to the conference to update MNSHRM members on important activities within his committee including an attempt to amend the MN Wage Theft Act to make it easier for HR Professionals to administer.
