    Title and Company:  VP of Community Engagement and Employee Development- Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union
    Jill has many roles at MMFCU.  Service, selling, coaching, development, and Goal setting training help MMFCU internal staff grow in their current positions and to grow at the Credit Union.  Jill also provides Financial Education to groups, schools, businesses, and organizations in MMFCU’s field of Membership.  She volunteers with many non-profit organizations both in the Brainerd Lakes area and statewide.  Jill has an undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior and a master’s in management and Leadership. 
    Presentation Topic:
    Colors Behavior Styles. We all know that one of the most difficult parts of HR is dealing with a variety of personalities.  Discovering your primary personality color may open a window of understanding about your behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. Understanding yourself may allow you to be present in professional or personal relationships and help increase the level and effectiveness of communication in your own organization.
