Andraya has over 15 years of experience working in & presenting on Talent Acquisition and Human Resources best practices and is a guest lecturer for the University of Minnesota and Carlson School of Management. She has written for the ERE and has also held board positions & affiliations with MN Recruiter’s Conferences, the MN Association of Colleges & Employers and MN Technical Recruiters Network.
