    Recruiting Innovation & Compliance
    Recruiting is tough business made even tougher when rules and regulations apply.  With the “war on talent” once again raging post-recession, passive candidates getting harder to convince, and ever increasing compliance requirements, recruiters and human resources professionals can get bogged down.
    With the EEOC and OFCCP turning up investigations and audits, hear from a locally & nationally recognized recruiting expert and a nationally recognized employment attorney on how to be innovative to find quality candidates while remaining compliant.
    Learning Objectives:
    * Learn innovative recruiting techniques using social media, employee referrals, and employer branding;
    * Understand compliance principles under equal employment laws and affirmative action principles;
    * Appreciate and implement recordkeeping requirements to ease investigations and audits; and
    * Prepare reports for the EEOC, Minnesota Department of Human Rights, and the OFCCP.
