    Tom Wardrip, CCP
    Managing Director, Gallagher Compensation Consulting
    Tom Wardrip is a Managing Director with Gallagher's Compensation Consulting practice. He brings extensive leadership and consulting experience across service and healthcare organizations, including work with complex system integrations and multi-hospital systems.     Tom earned a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Purdue University and an MBA with concentrations in Health Sector Management and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork.
