    communication that goes into conveying the right message. We will discuss what best packages 
    include and new ideas that employees will run towards, guaranteed! 

    James Snider has been in the benefits space for the last 5 years. He has knowledge specific to HRIS 
    organizations and enjoys consulting for employers that are looking to try to control their health care 
    cost through out of the box thinking. He firmly believes that benefits can either attract or detract talent
    and that messaging is critical to perception. While not nerding out on benefits, James enjoys 
    spending time with his wife and twin boys and they joy that comes along with 6 year olds!
